With nearly 12 years of experience in the art industry, Ian has held roles as Area Sales Manager, Sales Director, and now Chief Operations Officer at Artè. He oversees logistics, exhibition planning, and ensures smooth operations, managing artwork transportation, venue hire, and exhibition execution to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ian works closely with artists, curators, and exhibition designers to bring the gallery’s vision to life.
Ana de la Puente
Chief Business Development Officer
Ana plays a pivotal role at Artè, focusing on expanding the gallery's network and forging strong connections across public and private sectors. As the primary liaison, she builds and nurtures relationships within the community, drawing on her extensive cultural knowledge and international experience to enrich Artè's reach and influence.
Paul Sharpley
Chief Curator and Owner
Paul is the driving force behind Artè’s curated collection of original artworks and limited editions. He collaborates closely with both emerging and established artists to bring an inspiring range of pieces into the gallery. ‘Opening Artè has been a dream come true,’ he shares, ‘a culmination of years of passion and dedication to art collecting.’
Phoebe Noble
Art Consultant
Phoebe serves as an Artè art consultant, offering expert advice and guidance to clients looking to acquire artwork. With a wealth of knowledge about the gallery’s collection, she’s the warm, welcoming presence ready to assist every visitor. Drawing on her own background as a successful artist and photographer, Phoebe brings genuine passion and insight, ensuring an enriching experience for each client.
Albert Gonzalez
CBDO Assistant
As the Assistant to the Chief Business Development Officer, he supports business development initiatives and is an invaluable member of the gallery team. Albert plays a key role in implementing successful exhibitions, including the acclaimed Mr. Brainwash showcase, and has contributed to the success of events like the ARTSPACE24 Art Fair.
Chloe Chivers
Social Media Manager and Marketing Specialist
Chloe oversees and creates content for all digital channels for both Artè and Art & Culture Magazine, collaborating closely with the gallery team. With a keen eye for engagement, she curates a dynamic online presence and expertly strategises marketing campaigns, utilising a range of tools to connect our community with the latest updates and maximise attendance at our upcoming gallery events.
Flavia Perez
Art Consultant
Flavia is an expert Art Consultant at Artè, offering personalised advice and guidance to clients looking to acquire artwork. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Flavia bridges communication between English and Spanish-speaking clients, making art more accessible to a wider audience. Her ability to connect with diverse clients ensures a seamless and enriching experience for all.

Tamara, Head Editor of
Art and Culture Magazine, combines her extensive expertise in art history with valuable experience from the London National Gallery and the University of Warwick. Her passion for art deepened during her time in Venice, inspiring her keen eye for travel, literature, design, and writing. Driven to educate and captivate readers, she meticulously curates each quarterly issue, delivering compelling and timely content that celebrates the richness of art and culture.
George Herbert
Chief Marketing Officer
With over 12 years of experience in the art world, George began his career as an art consultant, before quickly moving on to the role of gallery manager. He then spent the majority of his career as an area sales manager, where he gained invaluable expertise in building and managing strong databases, marketing effectively, and delivering successful exhibitions. Having played a pivotal role in the success of over 100 exhibitions, George understands what it takes to engage and retain a loyal customer base. As our new CMO, we are excited to leverage George’s extensive sales background to enhance our marketing strategy and truly connect with our clients. His passion and experience will be key in driving our marketing efforts forward and creating meaningful engagement.

With over 8 years experience within the education sector and as a qualified teacher Amy has a passion for Art and young people. Amy's main role is generating creative ideas and events to produce crucial funding for the new generation of creative thinkers and young artists in Gibraltar via the Growing Artist Foundation. Amy also has 4 years within the sales industry and regularly supports in the gallery located in Gibraltar and at the art exhibitions as an Art Consultant.

Through compelling visual storytelling and innovative design, she elevates Artè Gallery’s online presence and connects a global audience to the dynamic art scene of Art Space Ltd.
Sophie MacDonald
Assistant Editor, Art & Culture Magazine
Sophie is our Editorial Assistant. She studied English Literature at Cambridge University and completed her MA at UCL. Before joining us as Editorial Assistant, Sophie was a regular freelance contributor for our Art & Culture Magazine, and has experience editing student papers and interning for major newspapers in the UK.
